Your Contribution:

As a Yard Associate, you are the driving force behind the smooth operation of our yard and delivery services. Your day-to-day adventure includes:

• Leading by Example: Inspire your team to maintain a clean, organized yard and uphold safety standards at all times.
• Efficient Operations: Oversee the loading of materials onto trucks and trailers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Delivery Excellence: Assist with local deliveries, ensuring that materials reach customers promptly and in good condition.
• Equipment Mastery: Operate various construction equipment, such as a wheel loader or skid steer, skillfully to support yard operations and customer pickups. 

Qualifications: 

• Driving Expertise: Must hold a valid driver's license, have a clean record, and be proficient in driving trucks and backing up trailers. 
• Team Player Mentality: Work effectively within a team environment while also being capable of working independently.
• Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
• Advancement Opportunities: Motivated individuals have opportunities for growth within the company.
• Ready and Able: Must be at least 18 years of age, with the ability to lift heavy materials and provide outstanding leadership.
