Phones, billing, records, follow-ups: you're the person who keeps it all straight. You'll handle client billing and collections for a company running crews year-round.

Teddy's Lawn & Landscape is hiring an Office Administrator for our Livonia office. Landscape or green industry experience is preferred. Office, supply yard, or family operation all count. You'll already know the services, the seasons, and the clients.

The job:

You keep the office running and the billing on track. Day to day, you'll:

• Handle client billing and keep accounts accurate and up to date
• Monitor overdue accounts and make collection calls with tact and professionalism
• Answer phones and emails, keeping communication with clients clear and friendly
• Maintain organized records so nothing falls through the cracks
• Pitch in wherever the office needs you. Priorities shift with the seasons

You:

• Know QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office, and pick up new tools quickly
• Landscape or green industry experience preferred, you'll understand our services, our seasons, and our clients from day one
• Communicate clearly and professionally, on the phone and in writing
• Are detail-oriented with solid math skills because accuracy matters in billing
• Can handle a busy phone line and shifting priorities without losing track of details
