Teddy's Lawn & Landscape is hiring an experienced Lawn Foreman to run a crew of 2–4 across Southeast Michigan. Steady hours, steady checks, all year long.

$18–$22/hour + paid overtime. Full-time hours you can count on.

Year-round work. No seasonal layoffs. When the mowing season ends, the work doesn't.

Quality equipment. Zero turns, whips, edgers, blowers: gear that's maintained and ready to work.

The job:

You run the crew. Lead 2–4 crew members, drive the truck and trailer between sites, keep the route on schedule, and make sure every lawn leaves looking like your name is on it.

You:

• Have 2+ years leading a lawn crew as a foreman or crew lead. This is a leadership role, not a starter job
• Can drive a truck and back up a trailer, with a valid license and clean driving record
• Have reliable transportation
• Bring a positive, team-first attitude and are 18+
