You lead. Paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces. You read the plans, run the machines, keep the job on schedule, and hold the crew to your standard.

You:

• Have run a hardscape crew and have the projects to prove it
• Know pavers, walls, and your way around a blueprint
• Can lift 50+ lbs and are 18+
