Teddy's Lawn & Landscape is hiring an experienced Softscape Foreman to run planting, drainage, grading, and landscape installation projects across Southeast Michigan. This is a leadership role with year-round work, newer equipment, and a team that people stay with for decades.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew through all phases of softscape installation: planting, grading, drainage, and full landscape builds
• Read landscape plans, lay out job sites, and keep projects on schedule
• Train crew members and hold the team to Teddy's quality standards
• Operate equipment from hand tools to heavy machinery
• Communicate with clients on site in a professional, friendly way
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring

• 3+ years of landscape installation experience
• 1+ years leading a crew
• Working knowledge of planting, grading, and drainage practices
• Ability to read landscape plans and manage materials
• Valid driver's license and ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
• A reliable, self-motivated attitude and pride in your work
