Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf blowing to maintain a neat appearance.
- Assist in planting, weeding, fertilizing, and pruning gardens and lawns.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure proper clean-up and storage of tools and equipment after use.
- Identify and report any issues or potential improvements in landscaping to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
