Qualifications:

- Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field, with previous leadership roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, machinery operation, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
